Review: MAC Diva lipstick

To everyone who isn't really a red lipstick kinda person: I'm sorry. To everyone who is: look what I got!
So many stories about the famous Diva lipstick from Mac. No wonder I had to try this beauty. It's a colour that looks differently on every girl, that's for sure. Of course I had to have it. Let's give it a more detailed look!

Review: Bourjois Healthy Mix Foundation in 53 Light Beige

When you have combination skin like I do, you know how hard it is to find a good foundation. Either the dryness of your skin gets accentuated or the oily parts. I decided to try Bourjois Healthy Mix Foundation, because I've read so many things about it. I wanted a light-medium coverage foundation and this seemed to do the job.

Have a look at my review!

NOTD: Essie's Snap Happy makes me Happy

By now every blog writer or blog reader has heard of the famous Essie nail polishes and their big choice of colours. So I decided to pick up a colour too: a bright red one (quelle surprise..) A classic colour that needs to be bought in every possible shade, right? Right?! RIGHT?!

Right. I decided to test it myself and see if the hype around the nail paint is really worth it.

Beauty Tip: Prevent bleeding lipstick!

Good morning, my lovely readers! Excuza for the beauty tip being a day late. I had a very busy weekend and I got ill too grr. I'm still ill and it's getting worse by the minute, but you're counting on my beauty tip so here it is! :)

No more The Joker inspired lips!

Many women cope with the problem that lipstick bleeds easily: so did I. I've tried a million things: lip pencil, lip primers, concealer/foundation, skipping non matte lipsticks.. Those things didn't help, but what did help was this little trick. It's easy and almost every makeup user has one in her stash: using an eyeshadow base. How to use it and how it works? Review: MAC Pro Longwear Concealer in NW20

During my everlasting search for a good concealer to smear under my eyes (an area that creases faster than you can blink), I found this fella, like I showed you in my last haul post. Many requested a review and here it is!
It's the MAC Pro Longwear Concealer in NW20.

NEW IN: Six things of which my mom doesn't understand why I bought them

Lately I've been spoiling myself a little. A little much.. But only with things I really needed or things that were on my wishlist for a very long time! Or products with an incredibly attractive name, which caused me to buy without thinking.. Sigh, I have no self-control.
I've bought quite some things, so I decided to split the post. One with beauty products (this one) and one with clothes and other stuff.

Have a look with me!

FOTD: What I want is nothing.. Just your voice

This look was for a makeup tag. The theme was 'ombre'.
But I also got inspired by something else. Someone else, to be precise! She's big, she's fabulous and she is - of course - evil!
Maybe you'll know who it is if I quote her: "I'm not asking much. Just a token really, a trifle. You'll never even miss it. What I want from you is... your voice."

Do you have an idea? No? Yes? Ah, just continue reading! :)

Review: MAC Viva Glam I (deep red matte lipstick)

It's no secret that I love me some red lips! Usually I go for a bright red with blue undertones. But not this time! The girl from MAC recommended a red lipstick with brown undertones. Today I will be reviewing MAC Viva Glam I.
What do I think about this lipstick?

Hello! Can I have your attention for this beauty, please?!
Oh, I don't even know why I'm asking for attention, since this beauty is a real eye catcher.

Prepare yourself for a load of pictures, because the colour changes in the light. Sigh..

Sometimes I need a nude colour on my nails, but not entirely nude.. Still following?
Dublin of the W.I.C. of Herôme is one of those colours.

Christmas is over and that means many posts about gifts will appear on the blogs this week!
Since we don't celebrate Christmas, I decided to treat myself on a few little presents. Oh, and I got some Christmas presents from my sweet colleagues too!

FOTD: Frustrated with my life in the palace

Another makeup tag!
I'll give you a few hints for this week's makeup: my daddy is chubby and way too jolly. I'm in love with a boy that lives on the streets, has a pet monkey and sees ghosts. My pet is a big tiger.

Any ideas? Anyhow, click to see the theme and the pictures of my princess look.
Oops! Spoiled a little!

NOTD: Pool Party At Night

Photobucket

Sometimes a girl buys and puts away. After a while she discovers what she has bought. Don't tell me this doesn't sound familiar. I know we all have experienced this at least one time!
Unfortunately, I experience this a lot of times. Just like with Pool Party At Night

Sephora Shopping

Almost forgot about the haul I bought quite a while ago! My head was filled with so many other things. A few days ago I found a little Sephora bag in the corner of my room. I felt like finding the Jackpot!

EOTD: When autumn leaves start to fall (tutorial)

Autumn outfits, autumn manicures, autumn makeup. Autumn is everywhere! Unfortunately I’m not here to break the cliché, but to confirm the season. Here’s a tutorial for an everyday autumn smokey eye!

FOTD: 1001 A r a b i a n Nights (tutorial)

Looks like I caught the A r a b fever again! I think we have a favourite make up look, you guys! Not to wear daily, bien sûr. Did my mysterious picture got you curious? (Sorry about that, I got a little carried away..)

Keep on reading for more pictures and.. a tutorial!

Fever, fever, I got the A r a b fever

There are some fevers that you don't want to be cured of. Really? Really! I caught the A r a b fever and I like it! Today was a day that I was playing with my makeup again. And all of a sudden.. Voila, le maquillage A r a b i c! Well, A r a b i c-like.

Brr... Hatsjoe! Watch the other pictures I took while suffering from this fever!

Review: Sleek Storm & Au Naturel palettes and Rose Gold blush

When I heard about the Sleek mineral based eyeshadow palettes, I knew it had to try it myself to experience the quality. I did have my doubts about the blush. It also seemed to be a dupe of Nars' Orgasm.
I ordered the Sleek Storm 578 palette, the Au Naturel 601 palette and the Rose Gold 926 blush.

Review: Yves Saint Laurent Rouge Pur in 66 - Boise De Rose/Rosewood

After hearing Yves Saint Laurent is turning into Saint Laurent Paris in 2013, I knew I had to be quick with purchasing my first YSL product. When I bought this lipstick, I wasn't really looking for a YSL product, but rather for a nude-ish lipstick, but I'm glad I found this one.
But what do I think about this lipstick?
